Today’s workplace is a place of continual time pressures, expectations and stress. The current coronavirus crisis has turned most of our operating models upside down. Now more than ever, we are expected to pivot, to handle large scale workplace change, and to absorb unusual levels of stress. Yet crises have been part of the management landscape for decades and there is much we can learn about the best way to handle these situations. In this workshop we will explore ways we can handle even the most intense stress, and go beyond to build resilient teams and come out of this situation stronger and better.
