Workwell was created as an address for curious and independent thinkers who want to know more about what makes other people tick and how they can be better at what they do.
Consulting should make us feel smarter and better, it should help us find clarity in confusing situations, it should streamline complicated processes, it should energize us and help us move forward.
Born out of a fascination with behavioral economics, decision making theory and positive psychology, Workwell aims to bring the insights of behavioral science to the practical world of leaders and managers, to help them motivate and influence others, to achieve their goals and create social impact.
People are continuously learning and changing. Organizations also grow and change, and we can shape that process. Workwell’s tailored approach ensures that all materials and workshops are designed and customized to the specific needs of the client.
Workwell launched by the lead consultant Kylie Eisman-Lifschitz and its clients include global companies and non-profits, government and individuals.

ABOUT KYLIE

Hello, and welcome. I am Kylie, the founder, CEO and lead consultant of Workwell.
Workwell is the encapsulation of my belief in people, my fascination with their behavior, and my wonder at the incredible things they can achieve in this world.
I’ll never forget a coaching conversation I once had with a client of mine, the CEO of a large company. He was recounting a conversation he had had with a challenging senior manager. “I think it went well,” he told me. “I was calm and clear and really got my point across”. “That’s great,” I congratulated him. Yet when I asked him, “So do you think he will do what you asked him to do?” He quickly replied in the negative.
What is going on here? If we know that what we are doing doesn’t work, why do we still do it? Why do we have feedback conversations with no expectation of changing that person’s behavior? Why do we conduct annual performance reviews when all the research shows they depress motivation and reduce productivity? Why do we spend so much time in meetings and processes that go nowhere? Why this and so many other curious questions about human behavior in the workplace.
It was to find the answers to these questions that I decided to undertake a Masters in Organizational Behavior and Development. I am fascinated with why people do what they do, why groups act in certain ways, how organizations work and how real impact is achieved: the questions that challenge every manager and leader no matter what area they work in. MY CAREER

I practiced intellectual property law and commercial law for several years in Israel’s booming hi-tech sector and served as in-house counsel for the Hebrew University’s intellectual property commercialization company, Yissum. In 2004 I was recruited as a Senior Associate of International Relations by a large New York-based global non-profit, the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee (JDC). At JDC I managed partnerships with major individual donors and some of JDC’s largest foundations, and it was there I began to take an interest in the behavioural aspects of the workplace and social change processes. My career encompasses over 20 years’ experience in the commercial and non-profit sectors, experience that bridges several cultures, professions and fields. I was born and grew up in Australia and graduated with a double degree in Arts and Law from Sydney University.

My career encompasses over 20 years’ experience in the commercial and non-profit sectors, experience that bridges several cultures, professions and fields. I was born and grew up in Australia and graduated with a double degree in Arts and Law from Sydney University. I practiced intellectual property law and commercial law for several years in Israel’s booming hi-tech sector and served as in-house counsel for the Hebrew University’s intellectual property commercialization company, Yissum. In 2004 I was recruited as a Senior Associate of International Relations by a large New York-based global non-profit, the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee (JDC). At JDC I managed partnerships with
major individual donors and some of JDC’s largest foundations, and it was there I began to take an interest in the behavioural aspects of the workplace and social change processes. In 2012 I took on the role of Director of Education and Training for the International Relations division, later serving as a consultant to JDC’s Global Human Resources division on global human resources initiatives, including mentoring and performance reviews. While completing my Masters in Organizational Behavior and Development at the IDC in Herzliya, I joined the boutique Israeli consulting firm, Message Experts. Since 2013 I have been running leadership trainings, seminars and workshops with large global companies such as Cisco, Intel and Siemens, as well as international training and seminars for global non-profits like JDC and the Schusterman Foundation. During an overseas sabbatical in Sydney, I conducted workshops and coached the CEOs of a large food distribution business and local Jewish agencies. I completed my thesis on innovation and the composition of teams. I have designed and facilitated retreats, seminars and conferences for clients, both in person and online, including Siemens, Yesod, the Kaplan Leadership Initiative, and the Israel Ministry of Diaspora Affairs.

MY PEOPLE & PASSIONS

Today I live in Jerusalem with my husband, Boaz, who runs a venture capital fund, and together we do our best to raise five children and a very large Rhodesian Ridgeback dog named Mambo. I am definitely a pilates person, I enjoy running cross country races with my friends, and recently completed my first (and probably only) marathon. As you may guess, I enjoy a bit of a challenge.
I care deeply about social justice issues and I am a longstanding board member and the current Chair of Mavoi Satum, a nonprofit that works to address social and religious inequality in the Israeli legal system.
I am passionate about people and also about social change, but perhaps that’s no surprise, since I work with brilliant people all the time, and I am privileged to witness the transformations people make every day.
I care deeply about social justice issues and I am a longstanding board member and the current Chair of Mavoi Satum, a nonprofit that works to address social and religious inequality in the Israeli legal system.
